Repair is part of the product, not a hidden after-sales footnote.
The Mule 01 is stitchdown. The rubber outsole sits beneath a leather midsole, so it can be removed and renewed when it wears through. The footbed lifts out for cleaning or an orthotic.
Apparel is cut from cloth worth keeping. A seam, a button, or a hem can be repaired. We would rather you wear a piece longer than replace it for a new season.
Care is simple. Brush leather. Condition it a few times a year. Wash cotton and linen cold and hang dry. Avoid high heat.
Resoling and approved repair partners will be listed here as they come online. Until then, write to care@landon.example and we will point you to a cobbler who can work on a stitchdown mule.
